Animation

Animation brings stories and ideas to life through movement. It can entertain, explain, or educate. Popular styles include 2D animation (flat illustrations), 3D animation (realistic depth and form), stop-motion (frame-by-frame photography), motion graphics (animated text and shapes), puppetry, and our flagship offering—Whiteboard Animation.
Phase 1: Concept & Script Outline
We begin with your idea. Our team researches the core elements and develops a script outline that typically follows nine key story beats:
-
Introduction + minor problem
-
Facing the minor problem
-
Resolving the minor problem
-
The solution creates a larger problem
-
Confronting the larger problem
-
Solving the larger problem
-
Immediate effects of the solution
-
Long-term effects of the solution
-
Final conclusion—what the characters learned
If your story does not require the full structure, we adapt it into a shorter format or apply the principles of strong message development: simple, unexpected, concrete, credible, emotional, and told in story form. Completion of this step marks the end of Phase 1.
Phase 2: Script ,Design & Storyboarding
Using the approved outline, we develop character designs and background concepts, then finalize the script. Once these are approved, our storyboard artists create the full storyboard. This completes Phase 2.
Phase 3: Audio & Asset Production
After storyboard approval, we begin audio production, character modeling, rigging, and background creation. Voice-overs are recorded and music scores are composed. This completes Phase 3.
Phase 4: Animation
With all assets ready, we move into full animation, typically using 12, 24, or 30 frames per second depending on the style. We revise and refine until you are fully satisfied. This completes Phase 4.
Phase 5: Lighting, Effects & Delivery
In the final phase, we add lighting, visual effects, and compositing. Then we export and deliver the finished animation to you—our valued client—and offer guidance on effective ways to share and use your new content.
Each phase is treated as a separate task and must be approved before moving to the next stage.

Voice over & Folio Sound Effect Tracks
The sound of the ocean in the Life Tree Wellness Turtle Island Animation was made by combining the sound of cooking with a frying pan, the sounds of blowing wind, the sounds of dunking a cap in water, the sounds of running water and the crackling sound of the tree growing was made by wringing a large Styrofoam block.
The voices in the Animation about budgeting were first recorded in our sound studio and then the puppetry and animation were accomplished and post synced with the audio.
